Sending unsolicited promotional spam, deceptive marketing, harassment, or prohibited goods through InboxGuru is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Authorized agents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and linked devices. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or WhatsApp Business pairing.
All software, user interfaces, branding, waveforms, and technology comprising InboxGuru are the intellectual property of Pangkha Gadget. WhatsApp, Facebook, and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. InboxGuru is an independent software application utilizing official Meta Cloud APIs.
We strive to provide continuous high availability (99.9% uptime). However, because messaging relies on third-party telecommunication networks, internet infrastructure, and Meta's Cloud API servers, we cannot warrant uninterrupted or error-free transmission. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pangkha Gadget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, network outages, or business disruptions arising out of your use or inability to use InboxGuru.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or account that violates these Terms or Meta's Business Policies. Users may discontinue using the service at any time by disconnecting their WhatsApp Business connection or requesting account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
